Bitcoin has "many of the elements of the tulip bulb mania," billionaire hedge fund manager Ken Griffin says in an exclusive interview with CNBC's Leslie Picker. Griffin says he thinks people are confusing bitcoin with the potentially "very profound" application of its underlying blockchain technology.
